d) Complimentary 10 paying rooms, 01 room on complimentary. Maximum 02 rooms on complimentary.
e) Kindly be informed that with effect from 01 Mar 2022, a Pahang Tourism Tax of RM3.00nett per room, per night is applicable to all guests and will be added to your room invoice. This is a mandatory tax introduced by the Pahang Government and the Pahang Tourism. Please be informed that you are required to pay this Pahang Tourism Tax separately during your stay. Everyone is subject to this tax regardless of Nationality.
f) The above rates are subject to 8% SST and other prevailing taxes.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

The Tour Operator/Agency may cancel any bookings without penalty up to seven (7) days prior to arrival. All cancellations are to be notified in writing and
must be acknowledged by the Hotel. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the Hotel is entitled to impose a penalty charge equivalent to one (1)
night’s stay at contract rate.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 12 noon. For guaranteed room availability prior to check-in time, the room must be pre-blocked (1)
one night before, chargeable at full day’s rate. Late check-out till 6pm is chargeable at 50% of room rate and a full day’s rate will apply for check-out after
6pm.
