Day 1 – Depart Kuala Lumpur → Xi’an

Your journey begins with a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Xi’an (approx. 5.15 hrs).
Upon arrival, enjoy a scenic transfer to the city (approx. 50 minutes). Settle in and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2 – Terracotta Warriors & Muslim Quarter

  • Enjoy a City Walk in Xi’an
  • Explore the world-famous Terracotta Warriors with electric shuttle and audio guide
  • Stroll through the bustling Muslim Quarter
  • Visit Bell & Drum Tower Square
  • Evening dinner followed by hotel check-in for a well-deserved rest

Day 3 – Xi’an → Lanzhou → Linxia

  • Take the high-speed train to Lanzhou, then transfer by coach to Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, known as the “Eastern Mecca”
  • Visit key Islamic landmarks:
    • Grand Gongbei (Da Gongbei) – A spiritual center of the Hui Muslims
    • Bafang Thirteen Alleys – Explore charming alleys and Hui-style architecture
    • Nanguan Mosque – A historical and cultural symbol in Linxia

Day 4 – Linxia → Xunhua → Xining

  • Transfer to Xunhua, and continue to Xining
  • Cultural and scenic highlights:

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@halalholidays.saia
  • Cancellations are only effective once confirmed by our team.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days of cancellation confirmation.

CANCELLATION FEES

Time Before Departure Cancellation Fees

  • 60-40 days (30% of total cost).
  • 40-21 days (50% of total cost).
  • Less than 21 days (100% no refund)

Note: Some trips/packages may include non-refundable components (e.g., flight
tickets, hotel bookings, visa fees) which will not be refunded regardless of
cancellation timing

  • Flight tickets issued at promotional fares.
  • Visa application fees.
  • Hotel bookings marked as non-refundable.

GROUP TOURS & SPECIAL PROMOTION

  • Group tours and promotional packages may have stricter cancellation rules.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.


FORCE MAJEURE

  • We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, includingbut not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government
    restrictions. In such cases, we will work with suppliers to recover any possible
    refunds, but we cannot guarantee them.

MODIFICATION & RESCHEDULING

  • Changes to travel dates or destinations are subject to availability and supplier
    policies.
