  • No changes can be made within 48 days before departure
  • If participant wants to come back later or earlier than the expected date of arrival in Malaysia, participant must send an e-mail or letter 45 days before the travelling dates and it is subject to our company’s discretion. However, our company reserves the right to reject or accept it.
  • If allowed, any additional cost is participant’s responsibilities. Participant also will be charged for admin fee.

  8. Not all hotels have Triple room. So that, triple sharing room is based on twin sharing room with extra bed.

  10. Validity of the passport must be more than 6 (six) months from arrival date.
  11. A copy of passport should be emailed to the tour officer 45 days before departure
  12. It is advisable to check and ensure that you are eligible to go to overseas and your name is not being blacklisted. (’Blacklist’: Bank Debts, PTPTN and others). We will not hold any responsibilities if you are not allowed to travel on the day of your departure. 
  13. For package with Halal meals, meals are suitable for Muslims except breakfast which will be served in standard international buffet menu.

Delays/ flights 

The timing of air, sea, road or rail departures are estimates only. We cannot be held liable or accept any liability on your flight whether the cancellation or delay is caused by adverse weather conditions, rescheduling by an airline, airport authority, and/or action by air traffic controllers, mechanical breakdown or industrial action. Where long flight delays result in lost holiday time, no refunds are given by hotels or suppliers. Similarly, airlines do not offer compensation for flight delays. 

Alteration or cancellation by us 

While we will use our best endeavors to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to change any of the facilities, services, prices or itineraries described thereto. No compensation will be paid for alterations or cancellations caused by changes or cancellations to schedules by airlines or any Force Majeure. Force Majeure includes (but are not limited to) war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics or health risks, level of water in rivers, technical or maintenance problems with transport, closed or congested airport or ports, unforeseen operational decisions of air carriers or any unforeseen or unavoidable event beyond our control. For any tour, we reserve the right to change named air carriers and in such event no compensation is payable. We reserve the right to cancel a tour in any circumstances. 

Complaints 

Should you have a complaint about any of the tour arrangements you must tell both the relevant supplier and our representative at that time. If is only if we and the relevant supplier know about the problems that there will be an opportunity to put things right. Failure to complain on the spot will result in your ability to claim compensation being extinguished or at least reduced. Passport, visas and health requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that you satisfy all applicable requirements and take with you all necessary documentation for the whole journey. We cannot be held liable if you fail to do this or be held responsible for any denial of boarding or entry into a destination due to improper documentation or whatever reasons and, if we suffer any loss or expense of such failure on your part, you will be obliged to reimburse us.

No refund or reduction will be made to you with regard to air ticket, meals, accommodation, sightseeing, transfers or any other services which are included in the tour costs but not utilized, fully or partially, for whatever reasons.

Telaga Harbour Marina Langkawi is a protected basin marina and is a nearest gateway to Thailand overlooking a vantage point of a beautiful Geopark. Ko Adang is the second biggest island within Tarutao National Marine Park, in Thailand, very close to Ko Lipe island. The island is 6 km long and 5 km wide. The highest point on the island is 690 m.
Black Sand Beach is near the eastern end of Jalan Teluk Yu, a long road that stretches across the island to the base of Gunung Mat Cincang. The black sands at Black Sand Beach are caused by the large amounts of tourmaline and ilmenite from the granite in Gunung Raya. They flow down from the mountain, mixing with the sand to turn it black.
Langkawi's most tourist-friendly beach. This 2km stretch of soft white sand is lined with coconut trees, beach umbrellas, jet ski vendors, and beach bars. Situated off the Kilim River, Crocodile Cave is unique because it is actually a natural tunnel developed in the limestone by an underground stream that once flowed in this area during the low sea-level. Now the tunnel turns into a beautiful cave. The river flows right through the arched cave and at low tide, a small boat can navigate from one side through to the other.
Bat Cave (known as Gua Kelawar in Malay) is located on the Kilim river and close to the Kilim Jetty, but on the opposite side of the river. You will need to take a boat to reach the cave. The cave is part of the Kilim Geopark and also shown as part of the Kilim Geopark Tour. A footbridge from the boat dock goes through mangrove swamps and right into the Bat Cave. The cave is so named because of the large population of Malaysian Fruit Bats that reside here.
