Day 1 – Airport to Kandy ( Meal : Dinner )
Welcome to Sri Lanka, the pearl of the Indian Ocean! In keeping with Sri Lankan tradition, all of us here will like to extend to you our heartiest “Ayubowan!” (Traditional Sri Lankan greeting wishing long life to the other).
Begin your Sri Lankan adventure with a scenic drive from Airport to Kandy, the last capital of the ancient kings’ era of Sri Lanka. The city lies in the midst of hills in the Kandy plateau, which crosses an area of tropical plantations, mainly tea.
En route immerse yourself in the fragrant wonders of a local Spice Garden, learning about the island’s rich spice heritage and learn about Sri Lanka’s aromatic spices and their uses in cooking and medicine. Upon arriving in Kandy, enjoy an exciting Tuk-Tuk ride through the bustling streets, capturing the essence of Kandy’s daily life. Conclude your day at the Kandy Lake Viewpoint, offering breathtaking views of the city and the tranquil lake.
Settle into your accommodations and take some time to relax and unwind after your journey.

Day 2 – Kandy – Nuwaraeliay ( Meal : Breakfast, Dinner)
Departing from Kandy, you’ll travel to the picturesque town of Nuwara Eliya. It is often referred to as ‘“Little England”, this genteel highland community does have a rose-tinted, vaguely British-country-village feel to it, Nuwara Eliya is known for its temperate, cool climate – the coolest area in Sri Lanka.
The day begins with a visit to a Gem Museum, where you can admire Sri Lanka’s dazzling gemstones and learn about their significance. Next, tour a Tea Factory and witness the process of making the world-renowned Ceylon tea. Enjoy a refreshing cup straight from the source. The journey continues to the stunning Ramboda Waterfalls, a perfect spot for capturing memorable photos and enjoying the natural beauty of Sri Lanka.
Spend the evening at Gregory Lake, a serene spot perfect for a leisurely stroll, boat ride, or simply relaxing by the water. Surrounded by lush greenery and misty mountains, Gregory Lake offers picturesque views and a tranquil atmosphere, making it a must-visit destination in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 3 – Nuwara Eliya ( Meal : Breakfast, Dinner)
Start your day in Nuwara Eliya with a visit to the Ambewala Dairy Farm, where you can see the dairy production process and enjoy fresh milk products. Next, head to a charming Strawberry Farm, where you can pick your own strawberries and savor their delicious sweetness.
Visit the famous Hakgala Botanical Garden, where you can wander through stunning landscapes filled with exotic plants and flowers.
Relax in Victoria Park in the middle of the town, a lovely place for a stroll or a picnic in the evening.

Day 4 – Kandy – Nuwara Eliya – Ella – Yala ( Meal : Breakfast, Dinner )
Travel from Nuwara Eliya to the charming town of Ella by Train (Optional – Seats are on availability), which is situated at an elevation of 1,041 metres (3,415 ft) above sea level. The area has a rich bio-diversity, dense with numerous varieties of flora and fauna. Ella is surrounded by hills covered with cloud forests and Tea plantations. The town has a cooler climate than surrounding lowlands, due to its elevation.
Then depart from Ella and journey towards Yala. Along the way, stop at the stunning Ravana Falls, a cascading waterfall that offers a refreshing sight.

Day 5 – Yala – Gelle – Beruwala ( Meal : Breakfast, Dinner)
Early morning, embark on an exhilarating safari through Yala National Park, home to a diverse array of wildlife including elephants, leopards, and exotic birds. Enjoy the thrill of spotting these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, capturing unforgettable moments in one of Sri Lanka’s most renowned wildlife sanctuaries.
En route explore the iconic Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This historic city is a delight to explore on foot, an endlessly exotic old trading port blessed with imposing Dutch-colonial buildings, ancient mosques and churches, grand mansions and museums.
Then proceed to Beruwala, the land of the Berbers (Moroccans). This timeless seaside town became Sri Lanka’s inaugural Muslim settlement, marking the birthplace of its Moor community and echoing with the legacy of early maritime trade. Spend the rest of the day unwinding on Bentota’s beautiful beaches, basking in the sun and enjoying the sea breeze. The tranquil beach setting offers the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the coastal charm. Let the sound of the waves and the stunning sunset enhances your stay in this coastal paradise.
Overnight Stay at Beruwala
Day 6 – Yala – Gelle – Beruwala ( Meal : Breakfast, Dinner)
Begin with a serene Madhu River Boat Safari, rewards you with an enthralling experience. As you sail through the rippling waters, watch out for water monitors, blue-eyed cormorants perched atop floating branches, fruit bats hanging asleep, upside down and the endearing sight of infant monkeys clinging onto fishermen as they sail across the river on narrow boats. And visit Cinnamon Island to learn about local cinnamon production.
Visit the first and oldest Mosque in Sri Lanka, Masjid Al Abrar, fronted by a large pond, nestled amidst the first Muslim settlement. Discover the vibrant local Arts and Crafts scene, picking up unique souvenirs.
Late evening visit to a Turtle Hatchery conservational project, where conservation meets the wonder of these magnificent creatures and release the baby turtles to the sea where they naturally belong, shaping the day filled with diverse experiences and lasting memories.

Day 7 – Beruwala – Colombo ( Meal : Breakfast, Dinner)
After the breakfast, travel to Colombo the vibrant capital city that never sleeps, enjoy the breathtaking scenic Coastal Train Ride in coastal line, where the gentle breeze of the vast Indian Ocean gives you a friendly embrace.
Upon arrival, begin your exploration at the iconic Red Mosque, a striking architectural wonder with red and white tall Minerats and Domes. Climb the myriad of stairs to the roof to see Colombo sprawls out beneath you. Walk along the bustling streets of Pettah, a magical paradise of vibrant markets and hidden treasures. The air is filled with the rich aroma of spices and the colorful sights of textiles and gems.
Experience an unforgettable shopping at Sri Lanka’s popular outlets, providing a range of apparel, tea, souvenirs, porcelain, handloom clothes and lifestyle. In the evening stroll along Galle Face Green, a popular promenade along the Indian Ocean, where you can enjoy local street food. Colombo offers a blend of modern city life with historical landmarks, giving you a glimpse into Sri Lanka’s diverse culture and heritage.
