Remarks, Terms & Condition

As an effort to maintain and guarantee the harmony of buying and selling between the company and the Umrah pilgrims, we set an official policy which is:

1. The company has the right to suddenly UPGRADE (upgrade) the hotel in terms of distance, room type or flight class even WITHOUT CONSENT of the customer, without any additional charges.
2. The Company DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to downgrade any part of the package or item chosen by the congregation that has been agreed upon.
3. The flight sector whether Jeddah or Madinah is absolutely determined by the company.
4. Any changes are subject to the airline’s decision. Any date change CANNOT exceed 3 days from the proposed date, and it MUST be notified by the company to the pilgrims no later than 21 days from the original flight date.
5. Hotel changes that are EQUIVALENT in terms of star rating and distance CAN BE DONE, but they require WRITTEN CONSENT from each congregation only.
6. The Company RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL or propose the postponement of any pilgrim flight WITH A REFUND of 90% of the package price (for cancellation), or a proposal to combine with another group on a different date WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE if the pilgrim group does not reach AT LEAST 20 people no later than 21 days from the flight date.
7. NO CANCELLATION ALLOWED from the congregation less than 60 days before the flight date.
8. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES will be charged to any pilgrim who has registered based on the selected package and price at the time of registration, even if the price has changed during the flight day.
9. If registration is done less than 60 days from the flight date, the company reserves the right to charge ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

In the event of any failure on the part of the company above this policy, the company MUST pay 100% according to the package fee AS COMPENSATION to the Congregation
