- Second city tour of Makkah (Entering the state of Ihram at Hudaibiyah)

Day 6 – 36
- Group members are free to arrange their own schedules. Daily group activities include:
- Quranic recitation (Completion of 30 Juz) after Dhuhr prayers at the hotel mosque
- Brief spiritual talks by Mutawwif and invited scholars after Asr prayers at the hotel mosque
- Reading of one Hadith daily at the hotel mosque
- Evening routine includes breaking fast, Maghrib and Isha prayers, Taraweeh prayers, and return to the hotel after prayers
- For Umrah and Ihram, Mutawwif will take the group to the Miqat location after Asr prayers (Subject to the group’s request daily) – Cost for Tanaim and Ihram is around 50-80 Riyals for 2 cars

ZAHRATUL SAAD 6 APARTMENT AZIZIYAH offers accommodation in Makkah. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property. Um AlQura University is 4.1 km from Zahrat Al Saad 6, while Masjid Al Haram is 4.2 km from the property. Ta’if Regional Airport is 71 km away.
MADINA

Situated 150 metres from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, Rua International Hotel offers accommodation with free WiFi in Al Madinah. The property provides a 24-hour front desk. The units in the hotel are fitted with a flat-screen TV. Rooms are complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, while some rooms will provide you with a seating area and partial haram views. All units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. Old Bazaar is 800 metres from Rua Al Hijrah Hotel, while Mazaya Mall is 2.2 km away. The nearest airport is Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport, 14 km from the property.
Will prices, dates and programs change?
Answer: Dates and prices are subject to change at the moment but we will contact the congregation if there are changes. The program does not change, except that the day of the tour is likely to change accordingly.
How much discount?

How much is the discount for children?
Answer: Infant: 0 - 2 years RM 3500, Child: 2 - 12 yrs package price but bed, luggage & meals can be deducted, Adult: 12 > : package price
Mutawwif / group leader
Answer: The leader of the group is a Malaysian who will be with you throughout your stay. Meanwhile, the mutawwif who will guide you during the visit and Umrah (3x).
What if I have made the full payment, but the visa application is unsuccessful?
Answer: The return of the package price will be made after deducting all the costs that have been charged by the flight, accommodation and others as well as the discretion of Al-Waqar.
Cancellation period and charges apply if cancellation is made by the congregation
Answer: More than or 45 working days before the departure date, the package deposit is not returned. 36-44 working days before the departure date, 35% of the package price. 16-35 working days before the departure date, 50% of the package price. 08-15 working days before the departure date, 75% of the package price. 07 working days or less from the departure date, 100% of the package price.
What is the limit for umrah groups?
Answer: The limit for Umrah groups for one group is 30 - 45 people, if more groups will be divided into 2 or more groups.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AL WAQAR CORPORATE VENTURES will be referred to as “ACV” and the CUSTOMER as “You” in the Terms and Conditions listed below:-
PACKAGE PROGRAM
- No Guarantee of Program Suitability Although ACV strives to provide the best service, ACV does not guarantee that all programs provided are risk-free and suitable for all ages or individuals with poor health records. ACV cannot be held responsible or liable if any problem, pain, accident or death arises as a result of any part of the package program you follow whether the program is stated in the confirmation letter, advertisement or brochure of ACV or the program of your own choice. You are advised to always take care of your health and practice caution while following the ACV package.
- Possible Change of Program Subject to Regulation 9 Schedule IV of the Tourism Industry Act 1992, in the event of a change of program and ACV has to hold an alternative program instead, ACV is not responsible for ensuring that the alternative program equals the cost or has a similar value to the original program which is replaced.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
- Accommodation Classification.The hotel’s star rating stated in any advertisement, brochure or correspondence from ACV is the rating given by the hotel to ACV for reference only. Hotel ratings and total stars may vary from one country to another. ACV cannot give any guarantee about the suitability of the hotel according to the rating of the hotel as advertised. You may not cancel your package on the grounds of a hotel rating error.
- Hotel Changes.ACV reserves the right to change the accommodation hotel from the hotel stated in the brochure or package confirmation letter for reasons of no vacancy or room damage problems provided that prior notice is given to you at least 24 hours from the date of check-in to the hotel. In the event, ACV makes no guarantees but will do its best to find an equivalent or better alternative accommodation hotel. ACV cannot be held responsible or liable for any problems that arise as a result of the replacement of the accommodation hotel.
- Hotel PolicyThe policy regarding the check-in and check-out times of the accommodation hotel is different according to the hotel’s policy. ACV cannot be held responsible or liable for any hardship you experience as a result of the hotel’s check-in and check-out policy.
- Room type and classification.The type and classification of the room including the amenities (facilities) provided in the room are different according to the hotel and destination country. ACV does not guarantee that your accommodation will be exactly as depicted in our advertisements or brochures. ACV cannot be held responsible or liable for the hardships you experience as a result of the difference in the type and classification of the room you receive or due to the lack of amenities in the room.
ADDITIONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE COVERAGE
ACV only provides limited group takaful coverage as stated in the brochure. As per the provisions of Regulation 12 Schedule IV of the Tourism Industry Act 1992, you are strongly advised to take out additional travel insurance to cover your trip. You are free to choose the insurance company that suits your needs and the type of coverage that is best for you.
You choose not to take additional travel insurance, it means that you have known and agreed to accept the liability and risk of cancellation penalties, damages and unexpected additional expenses including but not limited to medical emergency expenses during the trip.
If you have purchased additional insurance, you are advised to review the terms contained in the insurance policy to ensure that the coverage obtained is sufficient.
AL WAQAR AS A THIRD PARTY/EXCEPTED PARTY
ACV is only an intermediary between you and airlines, hotel accommodation, transport and/or service providers (ground suppliers). ACV is not the owner or operator of any airline or transport company, hotel accommodation or any place of visit or any supplier in connection with your package.
As such, ACV cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, hardship or injury suffered by you as a result of breach of contract, intentional or unintentional omission or negligence by airlines, hotel accommodation companies, transport companies and service providers (ground supplier).
You are advised to carefully read these additional terms and conditions before agreeing to an umrah or ACV holiday package, reading these terms and conditions is in addition to the provisions of terms and conditions in Schedule IV of the Tourism Industry Act 1992.
It does not reduce the validity of the provisions of Schedule IV of the Tourism Industry Act 1992 and to the contrary, the terms and conditions in Schedule IV of the Tourism Industry Act 1992 are applicable. Once you have paid any deposit and/or signed an agreement to subscribe to ACV’s umrah or holiday package, you are bound by contract with ACV and are deemed to have read and agreed to all of these additional terms and conditions.
VERIFICATION OF CORRECT PACKAGE DETAILS
You are required to check the information about the booked package before making the deposit payment including but not limited to the price of the package, the date of the outbound flight and the time of departure and arrival, the selected package including the hotel accommodation and the type of room selected and other information as stated on the payment receipt and/or confirmation letter.
You are deemed to have agreed with all the information in the receipt or confirmation letter and are fully responsible for any additional risk or cost to your package if you fail to report any errors or omissions in your package details within 24 hours from the date the receipt or confirmation letter is issued.
ACCURACY OF DETAILS OR PERSONAL INFORMATION DURING BOOKING PACKAGES. When booking a package, all details you provide to ACV are information that will be used by the company.
Make a deposit payment and if no corrections are made all information given is considered true and final.
ACV cannot be held responsible for any incident or problem arising as a result of incorrect details or personal information you provide.
You are fully responsible for declaring your health status before making a deposit payment. ACV reserves the right to refuse your booking if your health condition is found to endanger your own health and safety or reduce the comfort or enjoyment of other members of your tour group
If you need help due to your health condition, you are required to bring other family members to help you during the trip and bring your own assistive equipment such as a wheelchair and your own medicines
ACV cannot be held responsible for taking care of you personally or providing medication if you are ill. If your condition requires personal care, ACV reserves the right to charge you an additional fee to hire a third party to care for you.
PACKAGE PAYMENT
ACV only accepts payment by cash, bank draft, electronic transfer or personal check. ACV reserves the right to hold your package booking until payment of the deposit via bank draft or personal check. ACV is not responsible if the package you booked is sold out due to late payment of your bank draft or personal cheque
For package payments that are less than 7 working days before the flight date, ACV reserves the right to refuse payment by private check and if no package payment is made in cash, it may result in your package being automatically canceled and any package payment that has been paid being forfeited according to Table IV Tourism Industry Act 1992.
FLIGHT TICKET
Your package includes flight tickets from KLIA/KLIA 2 to the destination only but does not include KLIA/KLIA2 domestic flight tickets. Although the confirmation letter with your flight schedule has been printed, the schedule is still subject to amendment by the airline. ACV is not responsible for any compensation including but not limited to compensating domestic ticket change fees, additional hotels or other hardships as a result of the amendment. ACV is also not responsible for any airline claims. Therefore, in the event of any change or amendment of the flight schedule, ACV cannot compensate, arising as a result of schedule change, delay, cancellation, missed connection, mechanical problem, bad weather, rearrangement of seats in the flight, loss/delay of baggage, delays in immigration checks and/or denial of boarding by the airline.
